Meet Our Team
Dr. Robbie Pairolero
Dr. Pairolero graduated with honors from the Michigan College of Optometry at Ferris State University after beginning his academic career at Gogebic Community College, where he studied and played basketball for two years.
In 2002, Dr. Pairolero became a partner at Eye Care Associates of Haslett, where he owned and practiced for more than 20 years, building a reputation for compassionate, high-quality eye care. He now brings that same dedication and experience to Eye Care Associates of Perry, the newest chapter in his professional journey.
Dr. Pairolero is an active member of both the Michigan Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association. In recognition of his service to the profession, he received the Michigan Optometric Association Key Person Award in 2010. He is certified in Low Vision Care and has served as Chair of the Michigan Low Vision Committee, as well as a member of the Michigan Secretary of State Medical Advisory Board.
Committed to education and mentorship, Dr. Pairolero has worked as a Clinical Adjunct Professor at Duane Waters Hospital in Jackson, Michigan, where he supervised fourth-year optometric interns. His passion for service extends globally through participation in optometric mission trips to Haiti, Kenya, Saint Lucia, and Guatemala.
Outside of the office, Dr. Pairolero enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. A proud Yooper, he is also an avid hunter and golfer.
Kyria Pairolero
Kyria Pairolero is the eldest daughter of Dr. Pairolero and a valued member of the Eye Care Associates team. She is dedicated to providing patients with friendly, kind, and attentive care. As an optometric technician, Kyria operates pre-testing equipment and assists patients with frame selection.
Outside of the office, she enjoys playing volleyball, writing, hunting, and fishing. Kyria is currently completing high school and plans to pursue a career in the medical field, with a focus on nursing.
